Malcolm Bernstein, Founder of the Benjamin Project, and Lisa Browning, Publisher at One Thousand Trees, have teamed up in an exciting collaborative project in support of local humane societies and/or animal shelters.
 
Partnering with various elementary schools, the goal of the project is to produce a children’s book about how important animals are to us, and how they benefit our lives.
 
This book was written and illustrated by students at Pleasant Public School, with the help of teacher Matt Kernaghan. All proceeds from sales will be donated to Toronto Humane Society.
